We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Enjoy excellent comfort and advanced support with the GEL-KAYANO® 27 running shoe. The redesigned mesh upper helps keep feet cool, while the sole is more flexible to help promote a more natural roll through the gait cycle. This process starts in the heel with added flex grooves that isolate the initial impact to force a softer and smoother feeling at footstrike. At midstance, the foot should stop pronating and re-supinate for an efficient toe-off. This shoe also incorporates DYNAMIC DUOMAX® technology to help support the foot and increase stability for runners whose feet roll inward too much (overpronate). The midsole integrates SPACE TRUSSTIC™ technology, which provides stability and reduces the overall weight to help promote a smoother transition from footstrike to toe-off. This added stability is complemented by deeper forefoot flex grooves that create a smoother roll through toe-off, allowing the shoe to move more naturally with the foot. Lastly, a large section of reflective materials in the rearfoot helps keep runners visible when running in low-light conditions. The GEL-KAYANO® 27 model is an excellent choice for both competitive and non-competitive runners looking for an everyday trainer that combines comfort with support.
